"Dropped in to just go over auto Policy, however, Stephan was very thorough and took even more time to explain what I could change to reduce my rate, however, make sure I understand what was a still a good strong policy for auto with plenty of coverage. He did give me a quote over the phone but continued to look at reducing me more with other discounts so I'm happy that my auto rate was less than originally quoted in the begging stages of the sign up process. Stephan is considerate and listens to what I was looking for plus giving more solid feedback any time I've had questions again and again. Thank you Stephan. I am looking to signing up for other policies with them. Great customer care with Stephan."

"Stephen with State Farm called me just to check in on me about my current insurance. He knew when we spoke 6 months ago, I chose to go with a different insurance company other than State Farm. Which turned out to be a big mistake. Today Stephen called me just to check in and was so very helpful. I even ended uo canceled my policy with Progresssive and chose State Farm because of Stephen.
