"We’ve had a State Farm homeowners policy for 11 years. We switched to Kyle Dace a short time ago after our other agent retired. We just had to make our very first claim and have been beyond disappointed. After making the claim on our roof I could not get Stephen who is the agent we worked with to call me back when I felt I needed extra support through the process. I was passed on to a claims adjuster and he was done with it from there. There was no checking in with or follow through on his end. My calls were returned by various women in the office after I would call and specifically ask to speak with him. State Farm was by far the most economical choice for us but we will not be renewing with the same agent due this experience. Most reviews highlight the ease of working with this agent in obtaining a policy and that part went great although there was an error in coverage dates that we were told was corrected. Making a large claim is extremely stressful though and I felt they could have done a better job helping Us through it."

"I am a senior so I've been driving for many years but I've never been contacted by any insurance company for renewal. They just send paperwork and have me sign it, etc. Once they get you in there grip there seems to be no way to contact them except via email. With State Farm and Kyle it has been a very different and very pleasant experience. She was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. It is definitely what I have been looking for in an insurance company. Thank you, Kyle."
